Nov. 2024: not accepting new clients
So you’ve decided to seek more awareness of your problems and make concrete changes. That takes guts!
Do any of the following difficulties resonate with you?
You struggle with self-doubt, even though you've achieved a lot
You're not able to perform at the level you know you're capable of
You're feeling creatively blocked
You're terrified of failing
You’re worrying so much that you struggle to fall or stay asleep
If so, we might be a good fit.

Treatment Approaches
My approach is aimed at helping you to understand your difficulties in performance or in life, and to make the changes that will help you overcome them.
Together we will examine the origins of the difficulties in your early life, the ways in which you are getting in your own way now, and the inner strengths that may help you for the future.
I use evidence-based practices including
diagnostic assessment
cognitive-behavioural therapy
relaxation training
short-term psychodynamic psychotherapy
dialectical behaviour therapy
motivational interviewing
acceptance and commitment therapy
Our work begins with an intake session (2hrs) for me to assess the extent of your difficulties and for us to start building a working relationship.
Most of the benefits of therapy happen outside the treatment room, so you'll need to actively practice what we talk about. This could mean changing your self-talk, embracing failure, or using relaxation and focusing techniques to help you perform to your potential. If you're ready to take action, let's talk!
